Technical Skills Proven experience with IBM z/OS mainframe environments.* Strong knowledge of DASD and tape storage systems.* Proficiency in tools such as DFSMS, DFSMShsm, ISMF, IDCAMS, and Tivoli Storage Manager.* Ability to write and troubleshoot JCL (Job Control Language) and automation scripts.* Understanding of disaster recovery procedures, data replication, and performance tuning.* Advanced English Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and risk awareness in critical environments.* Ability to work under pressure and handle production incidents.* Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams.* Proactive mindset for identifying improvements and automation opportunities.
