About The Role The challenge of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is to help Nubank make better financial decisions. Our mission is to understand the company’s performance from a financial perspective by analyzing past results and creating projections for the future. Our team is divided into FP&A Horizontals, FP&A Markets, FP&A Global Products, FP&A Efficiency, and Procurement. Key Responsibilities Analyzing, explaining, and forecasting the financial results of the Credit Card Business Unit; Improving FP&A processes to generate insights and clarity in income statements with scalable, reliable data; Understanding and analyzing the impacts of product-related decisions on the Business Unit results; Automating reports by connecting them with databases from different sources; Building, updating, and reviewing financial models and simulators; Creating and presenting financial results to the Business Unit and Leadership team. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has experience in financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet), credit analysis, or related areas; Has strong analytical skills to manage and evaluate complex data; Possesses strong communication skills to engage proactively with Product, Finance, and Markets teams; Has advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; Is fluent in English; Programming knowledge (Scala, SQL, Python) is a plus.
