Job Description
Responsibilities: Supervise, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve established goals; Develop commercial strategies, action plans, and campaigns to boost results; Perform daily monitoring of performance indicators (sales, revenue, goals, productivity, and individual results); Support team development and training, providing constant feedback; Ensure compliance with commercial policies and internal processes; Prepare managerial reports and present results to the board. Assist customers in choosing products and demonstrate their functionality. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Evaluate customer needs and provide assistance and product information. Work as a team and be proactive. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service. Ability to work under pressure and resolve complaints in a timely manner. Availability to work flexible shifts. J-18808-Ljbffr
