Network Loss Manager RoW, Central Functions - Rest of the World (RoW)

The scope of impact spans across RoW markets focused on reduction of network losses arising from Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions or a combination of these within operations across supply chain and in close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC)/transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS) and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners. We interface with all lines of Operations, CS, Products team and CBW business teams to identify and execute solutions that improve Customer experience by reducing waste and losses in operations. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous and technical environment. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operations, process fixes and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic and agile; with strong time management skills. Key job responsibilities Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain. Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive at root causes for losses; invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact. Improve operational processes by standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses. Drive product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Operations / process improvement, hands on waste reduction experience. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements in operations. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) Fluency in Spanish and English.
