Senior Fullstack Engineer (Ruby)

Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to work on reverse supply chain processes, including trade-ins, recycling, repairs, and returns. The role involves maintaining and enhancing an existing Rails 6/7 application focused on electronic recyclables—covering inventory, scheduling, transportation, management, and processing. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications and components using Ruby on Rails. Build and integrate APIs with 3rd party companies and internal applications. Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, response time, and capacity issues. Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure data integrity across systems. Perform both front-end (GUI) and back-end development tasks. Required Qualifications Strong experience with Ruby on Rails development Strong expertise in API design and integration (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc). Experience with Continuous Integration tools (CircleCI, Jenkins). Familiarity with testing frameworks (RSpec, MiniTest). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical training. Advanced English. Nice To Have Skills Experience with Go development. AWS knowledge and hands-on cloud experience. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and scalability.
