You’ll manage customer support processes, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights to drive sales success. What You’ll Do Order & Customer Management: Process customer orders, resolve complaints, and ensure delivery timelines. Sales Insights & Analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports to help the sales team make data-driven decisions. Cross-Team Liaison: Act as a connector between customers, production, distribution, and sales teams. Systems Management: Implement and train teams on tools to improve sales operations. Administrative Support: Ensure smooth interactions between business, vendors, and customers. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4 years in sales operations, customer support, or similar roles (FMCG experience preferred). Strong knowledge of sales systems, databases, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
