Overview Supervisor de Produtos Financeiros at Caedu. We are looking for professionals who are committed to client-focused solutions and to developing within a friendly and collaborative environment. Caedu operates in fashion retail with a presence in several states and around 100 stores. Responsibilities Supervise the activities developed by the team of products and financial services, ensuring processes and service are aligned with internal procedures, checklists, and company standards. Control card operations and cadastral quality, through coaching the team on indication, acquisition, atendimento, research, document review for credit processing, and issuing/validating adhesion terms with clients after approval. Improve sector productivity by monitoring hour-by-hour sales results of financial products and services, card activation, sales with interest and installments, and adjusting task distribution and campaigns in coordination with the manager to achieve goals. Ensure organization, closing, and supervision of cash desks, cash counting, and entry of information in the back-office system. Analyze results and sales curves hour by hour using back-office systems to establish reversal plans and alert points with the team based on collected information. Ensure credit opening policies and norms are followed as determined by the card operator to protect the company and standardize processes. Monitor the competition through visits, observing campaigns, displays, checkout lines, and pricing, and report actions identified to the manager. Keep the team trained, motivated, and properly uniformed through meetings and process guidance in customer service. Develop the leadership team by providing training and defining action plans for individual performance and movements. Qualifications Da categorias: Formação superior completa em administração de empresas ou áreas afins (desejável). Experiência como líder ou supervisor no varejo de moda, na área de produtos financeiros. Pacote Office intermediário.
