About The Position As Product Development Manager, you will be the people leader driving innovation in Pescara - guiding and empowering a cross-functional team with the clarity and structure they need to excel. By combining leadership with technical understanding, you will enable the team to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-performing products, turning the product roadmap into market-ready solutions. At our Pescara site, you’ll make a local impact while gaining international visibility across Dometic’s global network. Your Main Responsibilities Ensure that development teams deliver products that are safe, reliable, and meet required quality and performance standards Lead continuous improvement of development processes to increase efficiency, quality, and speed in bringing new products to market Build and manage partnerships with external consultants to secure temporary expertise and resources when needed Delegate effectively, ensuring clear ownership and alignment of competencies within the team What do we offer?
