What You'll Do Recruitment: Match the right people to the right roles through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Client Management: Partner with managers to deliver exceptional service, provide regular performance updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Compliance: Keep standards high through monthly quality audits and adherence to all company, legal, and health & safety requirements. Support Workers: Be a trusted point of contact, offering advice and guidance to ensure temporary workers feel valued and supported. What We're Looking For ? At least 6 months' experience in account management or recruitment ? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ? Strong IT and administration abilities ? Confidence handling employee relations (disciplinary/grievance) ?
