Storesperson Catering Department Antrim Hospital Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm £12.21 per hour We are urgently seeking a reliable and organised Storesperson to join the Catering Department at Antrim Hospital. In this vital support role, you will help ensure that food and catering supplies are received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support the hospitals meal services. Key Responsibilities Receive and check deliveries of food, beverages, and catering supplies. Store items correctly in dry, chilled, and frozen areas, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Rotate stock and monitor inventory levels to minimise waste. Issue ingredients and supplies to catering and kitchen teams as needed. Keep accurate records of deliveries, stock usage, and temperature checks. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant storage environment. About You Experience in a catering, stores, or warehouse environment is desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety (HACCP awareness an advantage). Team player with good communication skills. Physically fit for manual handling and stock movement.
