Wholesale Trade Marketing Specialist

Descrizione del lavoro SHARE YOUR TALENT In this position, you will be responsible for the following activities: Conceptualisation, implementation, and follow-up of "omni-channel" trade activations (Brick & Mortar, Online, CRM, Social Media, etc.), including analysis of all activations and operations for partners in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, and Greece. Development of impactful presentations to communicate launches and animations with partners and internal teams. Forecasting and maximising Sell Out performance at the point of sale, including recommendations and actions to increase sales. Coordination of support tools such as Merchandising, Training, Logistics, and Customer Service. Qualifiche We are looking for an authentic personality with professional experience—show us who you are! At least 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing (preferably in cosmetics) and a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing or similar. You balance being data & KPI-driven with being a creative, curious mind eager to share ideas regularly.
