Job Description Job Description Norwalt Design is seeking an experienced professional seeking to assist the Company with administrative and operational support. The position primarily includes office work on a computer, with light manual labor, as needed. NOTE This is a part-time onsite position; approximately 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Duties and Responsibilities: Administer the Company’s timekeeping operations, including setting up and maintaining the job costing time keeping system, routine checks of the job costing timekeeping system to ensure no disruptions in the system’s operations. Regularly review employee timecards to ensure they are properly completed, reflect accurate time work, and confirm proper timecodes are entered. Coordinate the set up and organization of the Company’s cleanup zones, including ensuring each space is neat, orderly, and maintained in a safe manner. Review, organize and file all incoming invoices from the Company’s third-party vendors. Create cards and labels identifying Company materials to ensure proper organization and distribution of product to appropriate parties and departments. Organize cards and labels to ensure each are placed in appropriate locations properly designating Company materials. Distribute cards and labels to appropriate locations in the Company’s facility to ensure proper identification of Company materials. Track unused Company materials and input into Smartsheet. Follow production, including tracking completion for distribution. Put unused items from machine into stock for future jobs. Perform inventory cyclical counts and match to internal ERP. Process spare parts quote requests and purchase order for customers in field, including answering and responding to customer calls and emails. Assist in Receiving and Shipping, including packaging and shipping outgoing parts and packages. Ability to lift up to 20lbs is required. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Essential Experience and Skills: 1 years of professional experience, ideally in project management or logistics. Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Proficiency or desire to learn general use of computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Smartsheet. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
