Construction Recruiter

Are you a Building/ High Tech (non-IT) Construction Recruiter looking for more career progression? Do you feel ready to lead a service line and build a team? I am currently working with an industry leading recruitment agency to find them their next superstar billing leader and future people manager, based in Manchester. This role will be running and building a construction desk, building relationships with current clients but building on that to increase market share and capitalise on the project cycles across building construction, infrastructure and high tech building sectors. In this full 360 degree role, you will be carving out your niche and working with the business to develop and grow the business service line. You will have a passion for client visits, business development, but ultimately be motivated to bill and make placements with clients whom you are building relationships with. With a very strong (individual) commission structure and a huge investment in both L&D and social value propositions, this agency is a stand out within the construction & property sector with offices across the UK.
