Environmental Property Solicitor – Bristol This is a unique opportunity to join a firm in its growing environmental team who has established a strong connection in the agricultural/farming sector. The role required a qualified Solicitor to advise landowners on land regeneration, biodiversity enhancement and environmental law, with a strong commercial property and planning emphasis. What would the role involve: Advise clients such as developers, landowners on environmental improvements and land use strategy Focus on natural capital, biodiversity net gain and regenerative land projects Support major planning and development schemes with an environmental dimension Draft and negotiate legal documentation for land transactions with environmental and commercial implications What experience do you need? 1 year PQE with experience in environmental, planning or commercial property law Background advising on land use, development or environmental regulation (or a strong interest in this evolving space) Experience in both advisory and transactional legal work A keen interest in environmental law and regulation What's on offer?
