Head of HR

Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in HR Management, BCom HR, or Industrial Psychology (postgraduate qualification advantageous). 68 years senior HR management experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet industries. Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and proven experience in Industrial Relations. Demonstrated capability in strategic HR leadership, coaching, change management, and project delivery. Competencies Proven ability to grow and inspire people; high EQ and interpersonal influence. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation. Resilient, innovative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments. Technology-savvy, with exposure to HRIS and current AI-driven HR practices.
