Overview The Job Description is for the Key Lead role at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and leading store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.
