Babysitter wanted for childcare in Lake Cowichan

My name is Leyla. We have 2 children (2 boys, 3 and 4 years old). We are looking for someone who can come one day on weekends and perhaps an extra day throughout the week (theres room for flexibility here). We are located near Skutz Falls so a vehicle is necessary. We would love someone who is willing to spend time outdoors with the boys and also is able to find creative ways to play with and engage them both. Ultimately we would love an ongoing relationship with a care provider who can truly learn to flow with our family and children; wherein we are mutually all a good fit for one another. We value healthy living and lots of nature-based, or artsy crafty type play. Are kids love to play dress up and so anyone with an artistic spark would weave in beautifully.
