Business Analyst (Garden Route)

Description SSK currently has the following career opportunity in its Business Architecture department. This position requires support from our Swellendam/ Mossel Bay and Humansdorp offices. Ideally, the successful candidate will reside in one of these three locations. The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting, analyzing, developing, troubleshooting, and improving business processes. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Business Architecture. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring optimal service delivery through business processes. Utilizing business analysis tools and techniques to assist in service delivery. Identifying areas for improvement and supporting users with business process queries. Responsible for performing business analysis of 2-3 medium-to-large projects. Require a success rate of more than 80% in delivering analysis projects on time. Requirements BCom in Information Systems and/or a relevant tertiary qualification Tertiary qualification in Information Systems and/or a Finance-related field A minimum of 2 to 3 years of IT-related business experience Exposure to the entire systems development life cycle for at least 3 years will be an advantage Good knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and other data manipulation tools to support business users Familiarity with various software programs, functions, and business operating systems Good project management, report writing, and documentation skills Good problem-solving, error-detection, and an excellent customer service mindset Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not received feedback within one month of the closing date.
