Babysitter wanted for childcare in Toronto

We're looking for someone who can drive our 5 year old home from school, and possibly to school within the winter. Our 5 year old is sweet and kind but can also test boundaries and not listen at times. He loved school and sometimes it's hard getting him out but since the police station is down the street telling him the police car is outside will get him to leave. There's a parking spot outside his classroom. He has autism and most time he listens to others but he can elope so you'd need to hold his hand. He is extremely friendly and talkative.
