Junior Operation Specialist (Truck)

Key responsibilities : Plan and coordinate transportation routes to optimize delivery times and costs. Daily shipping plan monitoring to secure capacity according to the WS plan Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines. Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transportation. Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements in transportation. Maintain accurate records of transportation operations and generate periodic reports. Measure carrier performance base on Quality, Cost, Time and Safety Monitoring performance of the 3PL the loading and unloading of vehicles at the port, ensuring proper handling and storage. Coordinate the flow of vehicles between the port and yards, optimizing routes and delivery processes. Implement safety procedures specific to vehicle handling and ensure compliance.Monitor the performance of staff assigned to vehicle handling and storage, providing training and ongoing development. Collaborate with sales and distribution departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of vehicles to customers. Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and generate reports on vehicle inventory status.
