Responsibilities Manage operational workflows including packaging, inventory, cash handling, remote sales, and after-sales support, ensuring team coordination in compliance with company procedures; Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure by coordinating interventions with external suppliers; Prepare reports, monitor operational cost budgets, and oversee monthly orders in coordination with the supply team; Plan and manage the entire inventory process; Coordinate customization services and post-sales activities. Qualifications Fluency Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus; 3 years experience as Manager; Leadership Experience (direct responsibility of a team); Home collection/Interior design product knowledge; Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques; Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; Strong understanding of business needs and strong team player.
