Key responsibilities Account management: Maintaining up-to-date debtor accounts, including invoices, statements, and payment allocations. Payment processing: Allocating payments from customers and managing processes like debit orders. Collections: Following up on overdue accounts and collecting outstanding debts. Query resolution: Addressing and resolving customer queries and issues related to their accounts. Reporting: Generating reports on accounts receivable, debt analysis, and cash flow. New applications: Processing new customer account applications. Data management: Ensuring accuracy in customer master data.
