Senior / Lead Engineer, Process

Opportunity for a technical candidate with hands-on experience in laser technology products to join as a Process Engineer to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing flows and methods. Role: Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence, processes and systems in the manufacture of sub-assemblies, precision cleaning and final assemblies of laser system. Set up and maintain bill of materials, process flow and routing, process layout to ensure smooth physical, materials, documentation and system flow throughout the operations. Drives continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cycle time, inventory management and cost Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. Proficiency in Oracle System is an advantage Experience Bachelor in engineering with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering process focus. Proficient in Lean thinking and application will be an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills. Self-directed and able to work independently with little or no direct supervision Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and reliability.
