Planing & Logistic Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Planning & Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations and ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage demand, production, and supply plans to align with customer needs and business goals. Oversee supply chain operations , ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials. Manage logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs compliance. Monitor and optimize inventory levels , implementing methodologies such as JIT, MRP, and Kanban . Define, track, and improve KPIs (OTIF, lead time, cost optimization, and efficiency). Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams in planning, logistics, and warehousing . Implement and leverage digital tools such as ERP, WMS, and TMS for process optimization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery performance, and enhance sustainability. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields . Experience : Minimum of 5 years in planning and logistics management , preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries. Proven expertise with: WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) TMS (Transportation Management Systems) Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). English Advanced
