Demand Planning – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? As an experienced Demand Planning Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. As a Demand Planning Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for: • Demand Planning & Forecasting o Analyze historical sales performance to generate accurate demand forecasts using trends, seasonality, and recent averages. o Collaborate with commercial partners and cross-functional teams (supply chain, inventory, logistics) to reach consensus on demand planning and upload aggregated data into planning tools such as Anaplan. o Continuously monitor and refine forecast outputs, ensuring a feedback loop that drives ongoing process optimization and proficiency in planning tools. • Allocation & Order Management o Align with supply teams to monitor product landing information and allocate inventory based on priorities, ensuring compliance with commercial execution plans. o Coordinate with order management and logistics teams to track orders through delivery, supporting accurate fulfillment and timely resolution of discrepancies. o Manage partner inventory levels post-delivery, feeding insights back to the demand planning tool and cross-functional teams for improved accuracy and responsiveness. • Communication & Data Analysis o Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize forecast outcomes, allocation statuses, and key supply chain metrics. o Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and commercial partners to drive alignment and transparency across the planning cycle. o Identify and address technology gaps in planning tools and dashboards, assisting in the improvement and adoption of best-in-class digital planning solutions. Qualifications Required • 6 -10 years of consulting and/or industry experience. • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. • Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. • Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions. • Advanced English level. Preferred • Demonstrated experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). • Proficiency with industry planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, o9 Solutions) and strong data analysis skills. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities, including working across international teams. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that values flexibility, quick learning, and proactive problem-solving. • Experience working with global delivery models and familiarity with standard operating procedures in supply chain planning is highly desirable.
