In this critical position, you'll drive Amazon Europe7s workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management. Collaborating directly with FC partners, you'll provide guidance, identify and rectify workflow variances, and actively manage the journey of millions of customer orders from checkout to shipment. Here’s what you can expect: Start of Shift Begin your day with a shift handover, understanding the current network status, forecasted volumes and capacities, and any events that might impact forecasts Catch up with on-site teams to align on priorities and review key metrics and operational highlights Throughout Your Shift Connect with operations teams across Europe in a collaborative environment Create smart, data-driven plans using in-house developed tools Fine-tune staffing strategies to optimize workflow Lead real-time decisions to keep the network flowing Make strategic adjustments as new information comes in Maintain clear communication with stakeholders End of Shift Share insights and report key performance metrics from your shift, highlighting potential impacts for the upcoming shift Share key updates and recommendations We’re looking for problem-solving excellence.
