Job Description

Responsibilities Drive leasing activities by conducting market studies to stay informed on industry movements and emerging opportunities. Source and approach potential tenants through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. Lead discussions with tenants to structure and secure favorable lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation. Ensure accurate and timely management of lease contracts, records, and approvals. Partner with the team to achieve strong occupancy levels and optimize rental yield through effective leasing and arrears management. Work closely with tenants and contractors to oversee fit-out works, ensuring compliance with building and design guidelines. Build and maintain positive tenant relations by providing responsive service and fostering open communication. Prepare and deliver reports such as budgets, performance updates, and other management reporting requirements. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Possess strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
