Due to our international growth, we are looking for talented: Maintenance Engineer (Electronic Industry) Full-time, On Site: El Salto, Jalisco. We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Electronics Industry) with atleast 3-5 years of experience in the Maintenance Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. This role involves maximizing the efficiency and operational availability of all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure in the electronics manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 70% fluency in English language. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of spare parts, consumables, equipment, and services to ensure smooth maintenance and manufacturing operations, including supplier development. Support process owners in continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Execute maintenance activities to meet objectives and KPIs, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Oversee technical training and development of maintenance personnel. Lead the implementation of new equipment and installations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Collaborate with other technical areas to solve multidisciplinary problems and optimize equipment, processes, and resources. Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor, motivate, and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and feedback. Participate in audits, meetings, and trainings, applying knowledge to improve processes and achieve company objectives. Requirements: Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Additional courses or certifications in industrial maintenance, automation, power electronics, PLCs, or robotics are a plus. Optional / Desirable Certifications Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen Predictive Maintenance Certification Industrial or Electrical Safety Certification Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Teamwork and effective communication with production, engineering, and suppliers. Time and priority management, especially in critical production lines. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in processes and technology. Experience Minimum of 2–5 years in the position or in similar roles. Intermediate English proficiency.
