Sr Architect – Luxury Retail & Hospitality (Mexico City)

Location: On-site in Mexico City Availability: Willingness to travel Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in executive projects for luxury retail and hospitality spaces, including high-end boutiques, flagship stores, and fine-dining environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating architecture, engineering, and premium finishes with precision, ensuring every project reflects the design excellence and craftsmanship associated with leading international brands. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and global clients, from design development through on-site execution. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate executive projects for luxury retail and hospitality spaces, from concept to completion. Integrate architecture, MEP systems, lighting, and interior finishes with an emphasis on detail and brand identity. Prepare, review, and supervise technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and international brand guidelines. Oversee contractors, millwork suppliers, and specialist trades to guarantee flawless execution on-site. Present project progress and deliverables in advanced English to international teams and clients. Requirements: Degree in Architecture. Minimum 5 years of experience in executive projects for luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end restaurant environments. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Excellent understanding of MEP coordination, detailing, and material specification. Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Availability for national and international travel.
