Tech Lead Data Modeler

Tech Lead Data Modeler Who We Are Apex Systems is a global technology services firm delivering data, cloud, and digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Through our Mexico Delivery Center (MDC) , we partner with enterprise clients to architect, model, and operationalize modern data ecosystems that empower analytics, AI, and intelligent decision-making at scale. Required Skills & Experience 7 years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, or related roles. Proficiency in ER/Studio (preferred) , ERwin , or other data modeling tools. Strong expertise designing dimensional (star/snowflake) and normalized (3NF) data models. Experience with data lake and cloud data warehouse architectures (Azure Synapse preferred; Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery acceptable). Solid understanding of data quality, referential integrity , and data governance principles. Strong SQL development and data analysis skills. Proven experience supporting ETL design and data integration workflows. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (B2 or higher). Strong analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving and continuous learning approach.
