Job Description

What are we looking for The Cosentino team is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to cover the Emilia-Romagna area. This role involves managing our strategy and relationships with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, maintaining current ones, understanding client needs to meet short- and long-term expectations, and delivering excellent service across various sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. The role also involves working with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads. What you will do You will act as the primary contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintaining a positive, profitable relationship. You will work with different segments: Sales Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively present to customers. Present and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, and fabrication sectors. Manage overall sales within the assigned territory. Identify opportunities to increase the visibility of Cosentino products and generate sales. Promote visits to Cosentino Centers to optimize sales and marketing efforts. Identify and develop new points of sale. Customer Service Provide customers with marketing materials such as samples, brochures, and display towers. Manage customer relationships by resolving concerns, updating CRM system, providing quotes, and scheduling visits. Increase market share by enhancing the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials in the territory. Plan visit frequency based on client importance. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients. Provide post-sale support. Business Intelligence Develop action plans targeting specific clients and contact goals. Collaborate with corporate, center staff, and other managers to meet objectives. Work with the General Manager and sales team to implement business strategies across customer segments. Train on product features and attributes, and deliver relevant marketing tools. Monitor and maintain data in CRM. What you need to succeed Professional Experience At least 4 years of sales or field merchandising experience. At least 2 years of experience interacting with various levels within industry projects. Knowledge Experience with customer databases; Salesforce preferred. Stone fabrication or distribution experience. Academic Background Required: High School diploma or GED.
