Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement. What You’ll Do Opening & closing routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sale use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule: at least 20 hours per week, Saturdays & Sundays and some holidays; hours increase during peak times.
