Who we´re looking for We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Assistant to support our Chief Compliance Officer in the daily operations of the Compliance function. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of regulatory developments in the European crypto space and gain hands-on experience in MiCA, AML/CTF, and financial regulation. What you´ll be doing Support the drafting, review, and organization of legal and compliance documentation (policies, procedures, regulatory submissions, contracts, etc.). Assist in the preparation of filings and communications with regulators and external legal advisors. Help structure and maintain internal compliance trackers, document repositories, and version control. Conduct legal and regulatory research on topics such as MiCA, AML/CFT regulations, DORA, PSD2, and other EU frameworks. Assist in preparing board and committee materials, meeting minutes, and compliance reports. Support day-to-day compliance monitoring tasks and internal controls. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to collect, verify, and structure information Who you are & what you´ll need Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) is required . 1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory fields (internships count). Postgraduate studies in Compliance, Data Protection, or related fields — or any specialized compliance or data protection training — is a strong plus . Knowledge of AML/CTF or crypto/fintech regulation is a strong plus . Excellent organizational skills — ability to bring structure to complex tasks. Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail. Fluent in Spanish and English . Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
