We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain a safe, compliant job site and promote company safety culture. Monitor schedule and budget performance, proactively resolving issues. Foster positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and team members. Uphold company values of honor, humility, hospitality, and hustle in all interactions. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent with healthcare or commercial projects, ranging from $1M to $50M. Healthcare experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams. Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
