As a Retail Store Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience through service, organization, and teamwork. Core Responsibilities: Greet and triage customers, ensuring timely connection with sales consultants and providing updates to waiting customers. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and maintaining organized stock areas. Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-store environment with fully functioning demo devices and accessories. Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-first attitude in all interactions. Stay current with product knowledge and technology offerings. Perform operational tasks such as pulling daily reports and supporting store management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Participate in training sessions, team huddles, and ongoing learning. Requirements: 1–3 years of retail or related experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
