Deli Floor Manager I Cape Town

is seeking an experienced and service-focused for a farm-to-table eatery in Cape Town. This position calls for an energetic, organized, and hospitality-driven individual with strong retail floor management skills, a passion for fresh produce, and an ability to lead from the front. The Deli Floor Manager will oversee the daily operations of the deli and retail space, ensuring seamless service flow, exceptional customer experiences, and well-presented product displays that reflect the brand’s ethos of quality and sustainability. Requirements: · 2–4 years’ experience in a deli, café, or retail food environment, ideally in a farm-to-table or artisanal concept. · Proven leadership and team management ability. · Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. · Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. · Computer literate – comfortable with POS systems, stock control, and reporting tools. · Well-organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing day-to-day operational challenges. · Lead, train, and motivate the floor team to uphold exceptional customer care and product knowledge. · Maintain the deli’s presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards. – ASAP – To be discussed – live out – Open to Southern Africa candidates ➡️PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
