Job Description

Key Responsibilities (with training and support): Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, cash-ups and stock control. Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Learn and apply company procedures for ordering, receiving, and managing stock. Support staff scheduling and performance management. Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance with policies. Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively. Requirements: Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or a related environment. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities. Reliable, organized and proactive. Flexible to work retail hours.
