Technical Project Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technology-driven projects within international organizations, with specific exposure to physical retail or restaurant project environments. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across global teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting mechanisms. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless project execution. Create and refine processes, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management. Track and report metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Present updates and results clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders. Leverage technical tools such as MS Office, Power BI, and project management applications to support project delivery. Requirements 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in companies with an international footprint. Minimum 3 years of project management experience in physical retail or restaurant industries (preferred). Strong technical proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, and project management software. Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and applications. Proven expertise in project management, project planning, and process creation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
