Job Description

As a Sports Trader, you will be an integral member of our Sportsbook Department in Tijuana, responsible for the preparation, monitoring and risk management of our sports betting operations. In this role, you will leverage your sports knowledge and analytical skills in a dynamic environment. Position tasks / Responsibilities · Monitor pre-match and live odds to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. · Track the market movements and react accordingly. · Compare odds with other Sportsbooks to maintain market competitiveness. · Price events in a timely and efficient manner. · Risk Management across a variety of global sporting events. · Ensure the correct and timely settlement of markets. · Provide support to the customer service team by answering sports betting-related queries. · Analyze customer betting behavior and patterns. · Identifying possible issues and market weaknesses. · Adapt to flexible work hours based on global sporting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Work Experience Requirements: · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a particular focus on Excel. · Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. Academic Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Mathematical focus, will be considered an asset. Skills Assessments: · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep passion for sports and betting. · Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey critical business information in a quick and clear manner. · Detail-oriented with a keen analytical mindset. · Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
