Company Description Caribbean Tours is a Swiss-owned Destination Management Company with presence in Mexico, Cuba and Dominican Republic. The Company partners with renowned tour operators and travel agencies worldwide, providing group and incentive tours , as well as tailor-made travel experiences for individual travelers. Role Description As a Sales & Travel Designer at Caribbean Tours Mexico , your main role will be to contribute to the agency’s visibility and growth through the design and assurance of tourism services, while providing differentiated and personalized attention to tour operators, travel agencies, and direct clients. You will be responsible for preparing quick and accurate travel offers, ensuring adequate profit margins, and meeting established quality standards. Responsibilities: • Design and plan complete travel itineraries for both individual and group travelers. • Prepare travel offers for tour operators and travel agencies, ensuring compliance with established profit margins and in the client’s language. • Keep the team informed about profit margin performance. • Coordinate special product requests, contributions, inspections, and marketing actions. • Handle client requests within the established timeframes and according to set procedures. • Effectively manage the booking and tourism operations process, ensuring excellent communication with suppliers. • Conduct online presentations and virtual training sessions for tour operators. Qualifications Customer Service and Reservations experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions within the tourism sector. • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (German is an asset). • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
