Job Title: PMO / Project Manager JR Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid or On-site) Experience: 3–5 years of total experiences (mandatory) Language: Fluent English required Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 5 years of professional experience managing projects and supporting PMO governance activities. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. Support PMO governance, processes, and documentation. Track project performance, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for project tracking. Support budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills and Experience: 3–5 years of total experience in Project Management or PMO roles ( candidates with more than 5 years will not be considered ). Proven experience managing multiple projects or initiatives. Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field. Fluent English (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications: Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar). Experience working with multicultural or distributed teams. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Additional Information: Applies exclusively to candidates based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Only CVs in English will be considered.
