We are now seeking a Spa Manager to lead our Spa team with passion, precision, and purpose - ensuring every guest experiences a sense of harmony and renewal that reflects the true spirit of Corinthia. Main Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Spa, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction Uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety across all treatments and facilities Develop and implement treatment programs, seasonal offers, and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue Lead, motivate, and train a team of spa professionals, fostering excellence and collaboration Monitor sales performance, budgets, and inventories to ensure profitability and operational efficiency Create bespoke treatments and experiences aligned with guests’ needs and Corinthia’s philosophy of holistic wellbeing Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care Collaborate closely with other departments to build synergies and promote wellness throughout the hotel Profile Required: Proven experience managing a Spa or Wellness Centre, ideally within a 5 star luxury hotel Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and understanding of wellness trends Hands-on approach with an eye for detail and guest experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus Results-driven, organized, and passionate about wellbeing and hospitality Join Corinthia Rome and be part of a team that celebrates craftsmanship, beauty, and a profound sense of care - creating a new benchmark for luxury and wellness in the heart of Rome.
