Born in the heart of Paris in 1965, the brand revolutionized the rainwear market by introducing the world's first lightweight and waterproof jacket that could be conveniently folded into a small pouch More at www.k-way.com Who We're Looking For For the upcoming opening of our brand new K-Way store in Noventa di Piave Outlet , we’re looking for a Store Manager to kick off, manage, and lead a high-performing team to ensure the best level of customer experience, deliver the brand’s vision, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Supporting the customer in the sale; maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display; replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department; managing cashier operations; operational coordination of the internal staff in collaboration with the assigned Area Manager (definition and management of store staff schedules, monitoring of store performance and KPIs). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required At least 2 years of previous experience as Store Manager; Store Manager in an established fashion retail reality; knowledge of store management dynamics, KPIs, and staff scheduling management; knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; We offer an initial placement with a fixed-term contract, with the aim of permanent employment.
