Junior Operations Visual Merchandising

We are looking for an Operations Visual Merchandising professional with strong organizational skills, strategic vision, and attention to detail, who will work closely with the Store Design Manager . Their mission will be to lead and manage Visual Merchandising operations for store openings and campaigns, ensuring proper VM execution and compliance with established timelines and budgets. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and execute Visual Merchandising operations for all store openings and refurbishments, ensuring correct VM implementation and on-time delivery. Collaborate closely with the Store Design department, aligning planograms, material needs, and resources to guarantee efficient openings. Plan and manage the store opening calendar, ensuring proper material distribution and Visual Merchandising implementation during openings. Monitor and optimize budgets for campaigns, openings, and VM materials, reporting deviations and identifying opportunities for improvement. Manage the distribution and tracking of materials to stores and field teams. Prepare follow-up reports, and monitor timing and costs through advanced use of Excel. Participate in the continuous improvement of VM operational processes, contributing solutions that enhance efficiency and execution quality. Requirements At least one year of experience performing similar tasks within Visual Merchandising. Knowledge of the retail environment and understanding of store opening and campaign processes. Advanced Excel skills (essential): pivot tables, data management, and reporting. Strong planning, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities. High attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and problem-solving mindset. Intermediate level of English (a plus).
