Job Description
Employee is employed for the purpose of the temporary project "Building company human resources management rules and internal regulations", the responsibilities are as below: 1. As per the requirements of the headquarters' human resources management and local compliance regulations, cordinating with local external legal resources, to establish the human resources management regulations for the subsidiary and promote the implementation locally. 2. Responsible for following up on processes of employee recruitment,joining, regularization, position change and separation. 3. Responsible for the attendance management of the subsidiary's employees. 4. Responsible for coordinating with the accounting firm to handle the compensation&benefits calculation and payment. 5. Responsible for following up on the performance management works of subsidiary. 6.Responsible for the implementation and promotion of YIZUMI's corporate culture in subsidiary. To create a favorable company atmosphere by carrying out various atmosphere building activities. Job Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management / Law is preferred,at least two years of experience in HR function. 2. Be familiar with six functions of human resources and have at least 2 functions of practical experience in the human resources field. 3. Be familiar with the local labor laws and regulations in Brazil. 4. Proficient in using Office software and capable of processing human resources data with tools such as Excel. 5. Possessing good written expression skills for establishing rules and regulations. 6. Possessing outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to enhance team atmosphere. 7.English can be used as the working language.
