Senior Internal Sales

The Senior Internal Sales will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role requires strong communication skills and product knowledge, with a primary focus on maintaining robust customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. What you'll do Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing professional and prompt quotations Accurately process customer purchase orders and communicate special instructions with customers and relevant departments Keep customers informed about their quotations and order statuses, proactively addressing issues Conduct regular courtesy calls to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Address customer complaints calmly and professionally, involving management when necessary Provide basic product advice to customers Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new offerings What you'll need 2-5 years of experience in internal sales, preferably within the bearing and power transmission industry Background in sales and customer service Matric certificate required Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, and Excel Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) essential Fluency in Afrikaans preferred; additional language skills valued
