Canela.TV is it's standalone AVOD platform, with various content verticals across Original Series & Movies, Music, Kids, Sports and News. The company was founded in 2019 and Canela.TV launched in 2020 reaching significant growth and innovation milestones in its first five years of being in business achieving industry-wide recognition. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join the Marketing team as a Loyalty Program Manager. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or loyalty programs, who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The Loyalty Program Manager will lead initiatives that drive member engagement, optimize campaigns, and ensure the smooth execution of all program activities. Also this role will play a crucial role in enhancing user engagement and retention, driving loyalty, new opportunities for brand partnerships, and ensure that our viewers receive outstanding service while supporting our growth in a competitive OTT landscape. This is a contract-based position, with the possibility of becoming a full-time role in the near future. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of Club Canela , ensuring flawless execution of campaigns, challenges, and technical operations through clear communication with partners and vendors. Align Club Canela’s communication strategy with Canela.TV’s business and brand objectives in close collaboration with B2C Marketing, Content Verticals, Product, and Technology teams. Lead campaign messaging, acquisition and retention initiatives , and promotional activations that integrate seamlessly into broader marketing plans. Manage creative requests and production schedules , ensuring timely delivery of assets for app content, loyalty challenges, and campaigns. Propose and test new features and enhancements to elevate the user experience, validating functionality and driving continuous improvement to user experience. Analyze performance data and engagement metrics , delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Support Braze operations , including campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Negotiate, source, manage and fulfill rewards and incentives to drive engagement, retention, and emotional connection with users across markets. Maintain direct and professional communication with Club Canela vendors and external partners , fostering strong relationships to ensure seamless coordination of activations, rewards fulfillment, and co-branded initiatives. Ensure compliance by drafting and managing Terms & Conditions for contests and sweepstakes in all operating regions. Stay informed on industry trends to optimize engagement and maintain a best-in-class rewards and loyalty program. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, loyalty programs, campaign management, or related fields. Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and technologies specific to the OTT sector (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Slack). Basic knowledge of Braze, able to help set up simple campaigns, perform audience segmentation, send messages, and monitor results. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategic decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (preferred). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
