It is engaged in vehicle manufacturing and has expanded its product range to include sedans, SUVs, and electric vehicles. The company's history is marked by the adoption of advanced technology and the development of its own models, making it a significant player in the Chinese automotive industry. Purpose The Incentives Specialist is the link between commercial management, the dealer network, sales team and Finance Their primary purpose is to ensure the incentives payments, creation, management and floor plan paperwork follow up. Responsible for collecting the money of the floor plan with the dealer network. Position Tasks Goal Management and Planning Budget and provision incentives calculation Analyze market behavior and propose strategies to achieve objectives by incentives Performance reports for management and corporation. Implement process, policies for the incentives and money collection 2. Control and Supervision of Incentives Operation Develop, control and analyze the incentives budget and expenses. Verify compliance with pricing policies, discounts, and incentive programs. Ensure that sales processes comply with internal and external regulations. 3. Dealer and Customer Relations Act as point of contact between the brand and the dealer network for the incentives and Floor plan money colection Develop incentives and floor plan money collection KPI’s to measure the Dealer Netwok Handle dealer incidents and support when needed. 4. Sales Team Management Comunicate, explain, and motivate the sales advisor team with the incentives policies Define individual goals and conduct regular performance evaluations Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. 5. Market and Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor behavior, and pricing strategies about incentives Prepare commercial intelligence reports for strategic decision-making about incentives 6. Incentive and Bonus Management Design, implement, and track commission and incentive programs. Validate sales results and authorize bonus payments according to policies. 7. Information and Reporting Management Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in management systems. Knowkadge Automotive Industry Knowledge Understanding of automotive market trends Knowledge of vehicle financing. Sales & Processes Understand sales cycle Inventory understanding Commission, incentive, and pricing undestanding Business & Financial Analysis KPI tracking, and performance analysis. Accounting and calculations. Experience / Education: General experience: 1 year in Automotive industry. Specific experience: Excel experience Process experience KPIs and performance reports Building and maintaining relationships with the dealer network . Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
