Imagine a role where you engage with tenants to discuss innovative office concepts, negotiate leases, and manage budgets. Oversee operations at our production site and leased locations in Italy, ensuring efficient facility services. Work closely with colleagues from various departments and partners both within and outside the organization when introducing new tools to meet the business's requirements. Your flexible working hours allow you to balance on-site and remote work, making this an exciting opportunity to thrive in the Real Estate sector. How You’ll Make an Impact You will lead all aspects of the office location in Milan and other leased or owned locations in Italy. Communicate effectively with partners, including Siemens Energy business areas, real estate agents, landlords, and tenants. Prepare relevant documents for decision-making and presentations. Collaborate with the Finance Controller to prepare budgets and forecasts. Implement location concepts for space optimization and maintenance planning. Supervise and handle Facility Management service delivery through our FM partners. Contribute to Siemens Energy’s Carbon Neutral by 2030 Program by optimizing service footprints. Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal requirements, and company regulations. What You Bring You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in facility / property management or real estate. You have a passion for the Real Estate business and a strong ambition to grow in this field. You are fluent in Italian and English, with additional European language skills being a plus.
