Business Analyst-Automation Solution, Amazon Global Store Job ID: 2983062 | Amazon (China) Holding Company Limited Amazon's Cross Border business provides customers access to Amazon’s worldwide selection with a localized search and browse experience, convenient local payment options, end-to-end delivery solutions and access to native customer service on the local Amazon marketplace. Cross Border business simplifies the cross border shopping process by clearing customs on the customer’s behalf and by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties and import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS Cross Border team’s vision is to empower customers to “Stay Local, Shop Global” with an objective to improve cross border customer experience and maximize the revenue potential of cross border ASINs by fixing cross-listing, Buyability, discoverability and detail page conversion defects at scale. In 2025, RBS Cross Border team is establishing a new charter for cross border expansion in non-footprint countries (where Amazon has no direct retail presence), to enable customers to access our unique selections through their preferred shopping experiences. Responsibilities Translate basic business problem statements into automation requirements based on dive deep; Influence and implement specified automation approach to drive elimination of root causes; Leverage existing scalable tech platforms and solutions to onboard use cases of Amazon Global Store; Act as connections to external tech teams for collaboration; Communicate and drive stakeholders to launch solutions; Provide internal training on Python to Operation colleagues; Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Speak, write, and read fluently in English Experience using SQL Experience scripting for automation (e.g. Python) Open-minded, creative and proactive thinking Preferred Qualifications ML and NLP related project experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
